The Scheinfeld Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation is the hub for entrepreneurial development at SBCC.

We help students build their entrepreneurial skillset and cultivate global awarenss using a comprehensive approach that combines academics, hands-on experience, and startup support. We uphold inclusivity, equity, and diversity among students and their ventures.

Test your business ideas and build your venture step-by-step as you shore up gaps in your entrepreneurial skillset through our distinctive combination of coursework, shark-tank style competitions, internships, no-cost business consulting, mentoring, networking, and startup support.

At the same time, earn an A.A. degree, Certificate, or Skill Competency Award with an emphasis in entrepreneurship while leveraging the educational accessibility and cost-effectiveness that SBCC offers.

Our faculty embrace the interdisciplinary nature of entrepreneurship and empower students to develop their own business ideas regardless of their field of academic study or professional pursuit. Students from all walks of life participate in our program.

You’ll find that entrepreneurship is much more than an academic discipline at Santa Barbara City College—it’s our passion, and we’re here to help you find your shine as an entrepreneur!
